Hello & welcome!  I'm Sheryl, owner of Soul-Smudge, LLC.  I'm a certified Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Master--Teacher and ICRT Animal Reiki Master.  I practice Reiki and other energetic healing techniques as part of my everyday practice and lifestyle.  Reiki, meditation, sound therapy, and shamanic energy practices, such as drumming, fire ceremony, and smudging are all an integral part of my healing process and spiritual walk.  My desire is to assist others on their own healing path, to help them release energies and emotions that no longer serve them.

Why did I name my business Soul-Smudge?  Because smudging is a practice that speaks to my Soul.  Smudging is the ceremonial act of using the smoke from sacred plants and resins to energetically cleanse and clear a person or space to invite positive energy.  This practice is Soul-level work.  It brings me comfort and an instant energy shift.  There are other ways to clear energy, but there's something extremely special about using sacred smoke.
