5. Reiki and Energy Healing Disclaimer

Reiki and energy healing services are intended to promote relaxation and stress reduction. These services do not replace medical treatment. We recommend consulting a licensed healthcare provider for any physical or psychological ailments.

 

Healing, as provided by Soul-Smudge, LLC, refers to shifts in energy and vibration, not curing physical or psychological conditions. Clients are responsible for integrating the sessions into their personal healing journey.

 

6. Psychic, Mediumship, and Channeling Disclaimer

All intuitive, psychic, and channeling services are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. No future predictions or specific outcomes are guaranteed. While messages from spirit guides during channeling sessions often offer encouragement, they respect free will and will not provide direct advice or decisions on your behalf.

Clients are responsible for how they interpret and use the information provided during these sessions.

 

7. Past Life Regression (PLR) Disclaimer

Past Life Regression using QHHT® is a non-therapeutic process intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. It does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Exploration of past experiences may evoke emotional responses, and clients assume all associated risks.

 

8. Financial, Legal, and Personal Relationship Advice Disclaimer

Soul-Smudge, LLC services, including Akashic Record Clearing & Healing (ARCH), are intended for spiritual guidance and clarity only. They do not replace professional financial, legal, or business advice. We recommend seeking appropriate financial or legal counsel for any decisions related to your business, property, or finances.

Additionally, Soul-Smudge, LLC practitioners do not provide personal relationship advice or legal/financial counsel. Decisions regarding relationships, including marriage, are deeply personal and should be made with the assistance of licensed counselors, therapists, or legal professionals. Our services are intended for spiritual growth and clarity but are not a substitute for professional guidance.

9. Voluntary Disclosure (HB 1716 Guidelines)

In compliance with Texas House Bill 1716 guidelines, Soul-Smudge, LLC provides complementary and alternative health care services. Our practitioners are not licensed by the state. Before receiving services, clients will be provided with a disclosure outlining the practitioner’s qualifications and the limitations of the services offered. Clients are required to sign an acknowledgment of this disclosure.

10. Classroom (Podia) Platform Disclaimer

Soul-Smudge, LLC offers Reiki training classes and additional course materials through The Classroom, hosted on Podia (https://soulsmudge.podia.com). Payments and access to course resources are processed through Podia, and by using the platform, clients agree to Podia’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.​

11. Healing vs. Cure

In all services provided by Soul-Smudge, LLC, healing refers to facilitating shifts in energy and vibration, promoting personal transformation. Healing is not the same as curing, and it does not imply eliminating physical or psychological conditions. Clients are responsible for their own health and for engaging in the healing process outside of sessions.

 

12. Practitioner Qualifications & Service Limitations

At Soul-Smudge, LLC, we offer spiritual and energy healing services that are designed to support your personal growth and healing journey. These services are intended to work alongside professional medical or psychological care, but are not a replacement for licensed healthcare.

• Qualifications: Our practitioners are trained and certified as Reiki Masters and have undergone mentorship in various spiritual healing techniques. However, it is important to note that these certifications are not recognized as licensed medical qualifications by the state.

• Service Limitations: The services provided by Soul-Smudge, LLC are intended to complement traditional medical or psychological care. While energy healing and spiritual services may provide relaxation, stress relief, and personal insights, results can vary, and there are no guarantees of specific outcomes.

13. Misuse/Loss of Information

Soul-Smudge, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misused information provided by the client. While we take steps to secure client information, we cannot guarantee that data will remain completely secure under all circumstances.

 

14. Intellectual Property Rights

The entire contents of the Websites (including all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Soul-Smudge, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

 

Soul-Smudge’s name, logo, and any related product names, designs, or slogans are trademarks of Soul-Smudge, LLC. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property without written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

15.  Right to Refuse Services

Soul-Smudge, LLC and its practitioners reserve the right to refuse services to any client, or to terminate the business relationship at any time, for any reason deemed necessary by the practitioner. This includes situations where the practitioner feels the client’s needs exceed their scope of practice, if the client is disruptive or disrespectful, or if the practitioner feels uncomfortable continuing the relationship.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

Soul-Smudge, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Websites or services. This includes direct, indirect, or incidental damages. The total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Soul-Smudge, LLC from any claims or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Websites.

 

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.
