How to Buy a Gift Certificate

Click the "Schedule Appointment" button: Start by entering our scheduler through the button below or by visiting our Appointments page.

Scroll to "Products & Packages": In the scheduler, navigate to this category and select the "Gift Certificates" option.

Choose Your Gift Certificate: Select the desired Gift Certificate option, whether it's a general certificate or one for a specific service.

Add to Cart: After selecting, click on “Add to Cart.”

Enter Your Information: Complete the "Your Information" page with the buyer's name, phone number, and email address.

Note: Since the buyer's email is entered, the GC recipient will need the code to redeem, or they can use the buyer’s email.

Review and Complete Payment: Enter payment information, review terms, and check the box to agree to them.

Confirmation: After payment, you will receive an email with the Gift Certificate code. You’ll also have the option to print or email the Gift Certificate directly from the confirmation page.

Note: If emailing directly from the confirmation page doesn’t work, simply forward the confirmation email with the GC code to the recipient.

How to Redeem a Gift Certificate
If the Gift Certificate is received via email or is a PDF:

Click the GC Code: It will act as a hyperlink to the scheduler.

The Scheduler Will Open:

If it’s a specific service GC (like Reiki or Akashic Records), the system will jump to the relevant appointment category.

For general GCs, the scheduler will open all appointment options.

Select Appointment Type: Choose your session from the appointment types available.

Select Date and Time: Pick your desired date and time for the session.

Enter Information: Provide your name, phone number, and email in the "Your Information" section.

Enter the GC Code: On the payment page, enter the code to apply the Gift Certificate amount.

For services like Akashic Record Clearing that require a deposit, follow the deposit instructions if the remaining balance exceeds $135.

Confirmation: Complete your booking by clicking "Pay and Confirm."

Visit our Appointments page or click the "Schedule Appointment" button below to enter the scheduler.

Follow Steps 3-7: Select the session type, date, and time, and enter the code on the payment page.

Good for All Services
Soul-Smudge gift certificates can be used for any of our services, including Reiki, Akashic Record Clearing, Past Life Regression, and more! Just a note: Gift certificates don’t apply to Soul-Smudge Classroom purchases. -
No Expiration, No Rush
There’s no expiration date on our gift certificates, so your recipient can use them whenever they feel the time is right. -
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Gift certificates can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash. However, the recipient can book a session for someone else using their certificate balance. Any remaining balance can go toward another session, but it can’t be cashed out. -
Keep It Safe
Please keep your gift certificate information secure, as it’s treated like cash. Soul-Smudge, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. If you misplace the code, the original purchaser can find it in their confirmation email or reach out to us for assistance. -
Redeeming Your Gift
If your gift certificate is for a specific service, simply click the code in the email or PDF—it will take you directly to the scheduler for that service, and the balance will be automatically applied. If it’s for a general amount, visit our Appointments page to select your service and enter the gift certificate code at checkout. -
Check Your Balance
Wondering how much is left on your certificate? It’s easy to check:-
Go to our Appointments page and click "Schedule Appointment."

You can either check by entering your gift certificate code or by using the email associated with the purchase (note: this will be the buyer’s email if it was a gift).
