Important Session Package Information
Below, you'll find the key details about our session packages. Please take a moment to review them. By purchasing a session package from Soul-Smudge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Validity Period:

Your session package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, you'll receive an additional 60-day grace period to complete any remaining sessions. Once the grace period has passed, any unused sessions will no longer be redeemable. Please note that grace periods are final, and further extensions are not guaranteed.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable:

Session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They're intended for the original purchaser, but you're welcome to book a session for someone else using your package balance. The original purchaser will retain ownership of the package. Packages cannot be resold or exchanged.

Lost or Misused Packages:

Please ensure your package code and information are kept secure. Please treat your package as you would cash, as we are unable to replace lost or misused packages. Save your confirmation email as it contains the code and a link to the scheduler for you to use when booking your sessions.
No Cash Value:

Packages are non-redeemable for cash. The sessions included in your package are designed to provide value without leaving a balance. As such, no refunds or cash payouts will be provided for any unused portions of the package. If you choose not to use one or more sessions included in the package, they will not be refunded or credited.
Booking and Use:

Please book your sessions through our online scheduling system, which automatically tracks your package balance to ensure accurate management of your sessions.

When booking a session for someone else, enter their name, phone number, and email address in the "Your Information" section of the scheduler so we know who to expect. You will then be prompted to enter your package code on the payment page to apply the session credit.

Each package is linked to specific session types and must be used within the validity period as outlined at the time of purchase.

Checking Your Package Balance:

You can check your package balance in the scheduler’s "Payment" screen during the booking process. Look for the “Check Code Balance” link at the bottom of the screen, where you can either enter your package code or the email associated with the package to view the remaining balance.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:
-
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance for most services. For Akashic Record Clearing sessions, a 48-hour notice is needed due to the preparation involved. If a session is missed or canceled with less than the required notice, it will be deducted from your package balance.

Optimal Session Timing:

To get the most out of your sessions, we recommend spreading them over 4–8 weeks, depending on your needs. If you feel aligned and balanced, you may wish to wait a little longer between sessions. It's important to tune into how you're feeling. We recommend scheduling your next appointment before you're feeling completely out of alignment.
