Hello & welcome! I'm Sheryl, owner of Soul-Smudge, LLC. I'm an ICRT certified Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Master--Teacher, Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® Master, and ICRT Animal Reiki Master. I practice Reiki and other energetic healing techniques as part of my everyday practice and lifestyle. Reiki, meditation, sound therapy and other practices are all an integral part of my healing process and spiritual walk. My desire is to assist others on their own healing path, to help them release energies and emotions that no longer serve them.
Why did I name my business Soul-Smudge? Because the practice of smudging speaks to my Soul and is an important part of my daily practice. Smudging is the ceremonial act of using the smoke from sacred plants and resins to energetically cleanse and clear a person or space and to invite in higher vibrational energy. Smudging brings me comfort and an instant energy shift. There are many other ways to clear energy, but for me, there's something extremely special about using sacred smoke.

Dustin specializes in Neuromuscular Re-Education Therapy, a technique used to restore normal body movement patterns. It retrains the muscles to follow the correct movement pathways instead of the old pathways that were created by compensating for pain and injury.
